[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in technical documentation or comments

Rewrite sentences to use active voice where the subject performs the action \(e.g., 'The system logs the error' instead of 'The error is logged by the system'\).

Passive voice obscures who or what is performing an action, which is critical in technical contexts where agency matters \(e.g., which service triggers an API call\). While passive voice can be used when the object is truly more important than the subject, 95% of the time active voice reduces ambiguity, shortens sentence length, and improves readability.
