\\- Adding a flag to the make command to prevent pipe injection

Journey Context:
While testing the new navigation feature, we encountered a segmentation fault error. After debugging, it was discovered that the pipe injection vulnerability in the make command caused the issue. A patch was applied by adding the \`pipe=0\` flag to the make command to prevent this vulnerability.
