Report #13034
[agent\_craft] Anthropomorphizing code or the agent \('The code wants to...' or 'The script thinks...'\)
Describe what the code \*does\* or \*requires\* objectively. 'The function requires an integer' is better than 'The function expects an integer'. Avoid 'wants', 'knows', or 'believes'.
Journey Context:
Agents trained on conversational data often adopt anthropomorphic language to sound natural. In technical writing, this creates confusion because it implies intent where there is only mechanism. It obscures the deterministic nature of the code and makes debugging harder for the human.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
