[agent\_craft] Declaring whether a specific creation is patentable or if a use qualifies as fair use
State that patentability and fair use are highly fact-specific legal determinations that can only be made by a qualified attorney. Provide the statutory factors \(e.g., the 4 fair use factors\) but refuse to apply them to the user's specific case.
Journey Context:
Agents can easily recite 17 U.S.C. § 107 \(fair use factors\). However, applying those factors to a specific use case is a legal conclusion. Giving a 'yes, this is fair use' output exposes the user to copyright infringement and the agent provider to UPL claims.
