Report #12857

[agent\_craft] Code review comments sound aggressive, prescriptive, or overly apologetic

State issues neutrally and ask clarifying questions. Replace 'You shouldn't do this' with 'This might cause a race condition. Could we use a mutex here?' or 'Consider using X instead.'

Journey Context:
Agents often adopt an overly authoritative or conversely, a sycophantic tone. Code reviews should focus on the code, not the author. Neutral phrasing reduces friction. Google's engineering practices emphasize asking questions rather than making demands to foster collaboration. Sycophancy \('I am so sorry for the terrible suggestion'\) wastes tokens and distracts from the code.
