Report #12721
[gotcha] What to do if stroke symptoms \(face droop, arm weakness, speech difficulty\) appear but then resolve quickly?
Treat resolving stroke symptoms \(Transient Ischemic Attack\) as a medical emergency requiring immediate emergency services activation. Do not advise waiting to see if it happens again.
Journey Context:
Agents might interpret 'transient' or 'resolved' as low-acuity, advising the user to schedule a routine doctor's appointment. This is a fatal error. A TIA is a major warning sign; the risk of a full stroke is highest in the next 48 hours. 'Time is brain' applies even if symptoms vanish.
