[agent\_craft] Agent asks 'Why are you feeling this way?' when a user is distressed
Use 'What' or 'How' questions instead, or simply reflect back what you hear. Instead of 'Why are you upset?', ask 'What is going on right now?' or 'How can I help with this situation?'
