[agent\_craft] Using 'allow' or 'enable' for user capabilities

Use 'let' instead of 'allow' or 'enable' when describing what a feature does for a user \(e.g., 'The API lets you query the database' instead of 'The API allows you to...'\).

Journey Context:
'Allow' and 'enable' are formal, slightly bureaucratic, and add unnecessary syllables. 'Let' is a plain-language equivalent that is more direct and conversational. Agents tend to favor formal synonyms assuming they sound more professional, but in technical writing, brevity and simplicity win. 'Allow' also has security connotations \(permission\) which can cause ambiguity.
