[agent\_craft] Inconsistent grammatical structure across bullet points

Start every bullet point in a list with the same part of speech \(e.g., all imperative verbs, or all noun phrases\). If the first item is 'Install the package,' the next should be 'Configure the environment,' not 'Configuration of the environment.'
