[gotcha] Recommending St. John's Wort for mild depression without flagging its severe CYP3A4 enzyme induction interactions

Never recommend St. John's Wort without a hard guardrail warning that it renders birth control pills, SSRIs, and many heart medications ineffective or toxic.

Journey Context:
Agents might see St. John's Wort as a benign, evidence-based 'natural' treatment. However, it is a potent cytochrome P450 inducer. It silently drops plasma levels of critical drugs \(causing breakthrough bleeding/pregnancy on oral contraceptives, or serotonin syndrome if combined with SSRIs\). 'Natural' does not mean 'non-interacting'.
