Report #12386

[gotcha] Instructing a user to tilt their head back to stop a nosebleed

Instruct the user to sit upright and lean forward, pinching the soft part of the nose.

Journey Context:
Tilting back is a deeply ingrained cultural myth. Agents trained on uncurated web data often repeat it. Tilting back causes blood to drain down the throat into the stomach and airway, leading to aspiration or nausea/vomiting. Leaning forward lets the blood drain out safely without compromising the airway.
