Report #12293

[agent\_craft] Agent responses are too wordy and filled with hedging \('It seems like', 'You might want to'\)

Cut qualifiers and state the recommendation directly. Replace 'You might want to consider refactoring the loop' with 'Refactor the loop'.

Journey Context:
LLMs are trained to be helpful and non-confrontational, leading to excessive hedging. In technical communication, this adds noise and reduces the signal. Strunk & White's 'Omit needless words' is critical here: every word must serve a purpose. Directness respects the reader's time and projects confidence in the code analysis.
