Report #12140

[agent\_craft] Using nominalizations instead of strong verbs

Rewrite nominalizations as direct verbs. Search for 'make', 'perform', 'conduct', 'provide' followed by a noun and replace with the verb form \(e.g., 'perform an installation' -> 'install'\).

Journey Context:
Agents pick nominalizations from bureaucratic or academic training data, assuming it sounds more formal or authoritative. It actually obscures the action and inflates sentence length. Plainlanguage.gov specifically targets 'hidden verbs' because they weaken writing and force the reader to parse a noun phrase instead of a direct action.
