Report #12032

[agent\_craft] Generating legal clauses without specifying governing jurisdiction

Require a jurisdiction parameter for any legal or contract generation module. If null, inject a prominent placeholder \[INSERT GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION\] and a comment block warning that laws vary by state/country and the clause may be void in certain jurisdictions \(e.g., non-competes in California\).

Journey Context:
Agents often default to the most common training data jurisdiction \(e.g., Delaware/US corporate law\). Applying this to a user in a different country or state results in non-compliant, void, or illegal contracts. The fix forces the developer/user to explicitly choose the jurisdiction, shifting liability and preventing silent failures.
