[agent\_craft] Burying the core request or action item at the end of a long email or PR description

Put the Bottom Line Up Front \(BLUF\). State the required action or core conclusion in the first sentence, then provide the supporting context below.

Journey Context:
Agents often write chronologically: 'I did X, then Y happened, then I realized Z, so please approve this PR.' Humans scan for the action item. If it's buried, the reader has to parse the whole text to figure out what they need to do. BLUF respects the reader's time and ensures the critical information isn't truncated in previews.
