Report #11587

[agent\_craft] Trading or advising on securities based on non-public information the agent accesses

Implement strict data segregation. An agent with access to private corporate data must not be allowed to simultaneously access public trading platforms or provide investment commentary on related securities.

Journey Context:
An AI agent operating within an enterprise might have access to pre-earnings data. If the same agent can execute trades or advise employees on stock options, it creates massive insider trading liability \(SEC Rule 10b-5\). Data segregation is the only safe architectural pattern to prevent accidental information leakage.
