[gotcha] Instructing users to put an object in the mouth of someone having a seizure to prevent tongue biting

Never put anything in the mouth of a seizing person. Instruct to clear the area of hard objects, cushion the head, and roll them onto their side \(recovery position\) once jerking stops.

Journey Context:
The myth of swallowing the tongue is pervasive in unvetted training data. Agents might retrieve this outdated first-aid advice. Inserting objects causes dental fractures, airway obstruction, or finger amputations to the rescuer. The gotcha is that trying to 'help' by forcing the mouth open causes severe physical harm; tongues heal, teeth and fingers do not.
