Report #11133

[agent\_craft] Summarization compaction drops critical code identifiers or exact values

Use structured extraction \(e.g., JSON or bullet points of exact variable names, line numbers, error codes\) during compaction rather than narrative summarization.

Journey Context:
LLM summarization tends to abstract away the exact strings needed for subsequent tool calls \(like a specific error code or a function signature\). When the agent tries to use the summary to write code or call a tool, it hallucinates the exact names. Structured extraction preserves operational data.
