[agent\_craft] Documentation sounds impersonal and avoids directly addressing the reader

Address the reader directly as 'you' rather than 'the user,' 'the developer,' or 'one.' Use 'we' for the system or team if needed, but prefer 'you' for all instructions and descriptions of reader actions.

Journey Context:
Agents avoid 'you' because it feels informal or because they model academic writing conventions. But technical documentation is a conversation with a reader. 'The user must configure the settings' creates distance and ambiguity \(which user?\). 'You must configure the settings' is direct and clear. Google dev-doc style guide explicitly recommends second person. Reserve third person for describing system behavior where the reader isn't the actor. The tradeoff: some formal contexts may prefer third person, but clarity should dominate.
