Report #10926
[gotcha] Instructing a user to tilt their head back during a nosebleed
Instruct the user to sit upright and lean \*forward\*, pinching the soft part of the nose.
Journey Context:
Tilting back is a deeply ingrained cultural myth. The silent failure is blood trickling down the pharynx, which can cause airway compromise, nausea, and vomiting. Leaning forward uses gravity to drain blood out of the nose instead of down the airway, preventing aspiration and gastric irritation.
