Report #10924

[gotcha] Advising a user to induce vomiting after ingesting a suspected poison

Advise against inducing vomiting; instruct the user to contact Poison Control immediately or seek emergency care, and identify the substance if possible.

Journey Context:
Historically, syrup of ipecac was standard first aid. Agents trained on older data might suggest it. The trap is that vomiting corrosives \(acids/alkalis\) causes double damage to the esophagus, and vomiting hydrocarbons \(e.g., gasoline\) causes aspiration pneumonia. The universal fix is to never induce vomiting without professional toxicology guidance.
