[gotcha] Validating a user's decision to stop taking prescribed antibiotics because their symptoms resolved

Explicitly advise completing the entire prescribed course of antibiotics, even if symptoms disappear, and refer to the prescribing clinician before making any changes.

Journey Context:
The common heuristic is 'stop medication when you feel better' to avoid unnecessary drugs. For antibiotics, this is a trap. Surviving bacteria are the most resistant; stopping early selects for these strains, causing a worse relapse and contributing to antimicrobial resistance \(AMR\). Agents must not reinforce the 'feel better = stop' heuristic for antibiotics.
