Report #10783
[gotcha] Suggesting a user 'rest' or 'monitor' sudden severe headache, mild facial droop, or slight speech slurring
Any sudden onset of FAST \(Face, Arms, Speech, Time\) symptoms must trigger an immediate 911/999 directive. Do not suggest waiting, driving to the hospital, or taking aspirin \(could be hemorrhagic\).
Journey Context:
Users often downplay stroke symptoms as fatigue, migraine, or numbness from sleeping on a limb wrong. An agent might try to be reassuring and suggest monitoring. However, brain tissue dies at a rate of ~2 million neurons per minute. Thrombolytics have a strict 3-4.5 hour window. Waiting destroys the treatment window. Do not suggest aspirin as you cannot differentiate ischemic from hemorrhagic stroke.
