[gotcha] Advising users to periodically loosen a tourniquet to restore blood flow

Once a tourniquet is applied for severe limb hemorrhage, DO NOT loosen it. Note the exact time of application and keep it tightened until surgical care is reached.

Journey Context:
Older first aid doctrines taught loosening tourniquets every 15-20 minutes to save the limb. This is highly counter-intuitive to undo a life-saving measure, but modern combat and emergency medicine prove that loosening causes fatal exsanguination and lethal reperfusion injury. AI models trained on pre-2010 data often regurgitate the lethal old advice. The limb is sacrificed to save the life.
