[agent\_craft] Writing instructions in passive voice \('The button should be clicked'\)

Use active voice and imperative mood for instructions \('Click the button'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice hides the actor and makes instructions longer and harder to follow. Active voice is direct and tells the user exactly what to do. It reduces cognitive translation from 'what should be done' to 'what I must do'.
