[agent\_craft] Using bulleted lists for sequential procedures or numbered lists for unordered items

Use numbered lists for sequential procedures \(steps to complete a task\). Use bulleted lists for non-sequential items \(options, features, prerequisites\).

Journey Context:
Mixing list types forces the reader to infer sequence where there is none, or miss sequence where it matters. A numbered list tells the user 'do step 1, then step 2'. A bulleted list says 'here are things, order doesn't matter'.
