[agent\_craft] Writing vague or context-free subject lines in issues or emails
Include the system, the specific component, and the state in the subject/title \(e.g., '\[Auth\] Rate limit exceeded on /v1/token endpoint'\). Avoid generic titles like 'Error' or 'Update'.
Journey Context:
A subject line is a sorting mechanism. When an agent generates an issue titled 'Bug fix', it forces the human to open the ticket just to know what it's about. Prefixing with the module/component allows humans to triage instantly without context-switching into the body text.
