[agent\_craft] Summarizing a summary of a summary causes the agent to lose the original high-level goal and drift into irrelevant sub-tasks

Never summarize the original task prompt or the highest-level plan. Keep the North Star prompt as an immutable prefix, and only summarize the execution history or scratchpad.

Journey Context:
As context compresses, low-level details are lost first, but eventually, the high-level objective degrades. By treating the context as a hierarchy \(Immutable System Prompt -> Current Plan -> Compressed History -> Recent Turns\), you protect the objective from entropy.
