[bug\_fix] missing go.sum entry for module X

Run \`go mod tidy\` or \`go mod download\` to regenerate the go.sum file, then commit the updated go.sum.

A developer cloned a repository and ran \`go build\`, but got an error: 'missing go.sum entry for module github.com/example/lib v1.2.3'. They had not run \`go mod download\` after checkout. The go.sum file existed but was outdated because the dependency's checksum had changed due to a re-tagged version.
