[counterintuitive] Senior engineers are better than AI at all complex code tasks

Delegate high-entropy, bounded-scope tasks like log anomaly detection, large-scale refactoring, and exhaustive pattern search to AI; reserve human judgment for architectural tradeoffs, ambiguity resolution, and adversarial reasoning.
