[synthesis] Selective amnesia drops a critical constraint from the context window

Maintain a lossy-compressed invariant register outside the LLM context and promote hard constraints to system prompt or structured state.

Journey Context:
Lost in the Middle showed that information in the middle of long contexts is recalled poorly, and needle-in-haystack benchmarks confirm that models drop details. When an agent stores constraints only as conversational prose, it eventually violates a rule it previously acknowledged. A separate structured register keeps constraints alive regardless of attention pressure.
