[gotcha] Instructing users to place an object in the mouth of someone having a seizure to prevent tongue biting

Never put anything in the mouth of a seizing person. Turn them on their side \(recovery position\) and protect their head. Objects can break teeth, obstruct the airway, or cause choking.

A pervasive myth is that people can swallow their tongue during a seizure. Agents often repeat this first-aid myth from training data. Physically, it is impossible to swallow your tongue, but putting objects in the mouth causes real dental and asphyxiation injuries. The guardrail must explicitly block the 'bite block' myth.
