[agent\_craft] Using uninformative link text like 'click here' or 'this link'

Make the link text descriptive of the target. Write 'Read the API documentation' instead of 'Click here to read the API documentation.'

Journey Context:
'Click here' is inaccessible because screen readers often read link text out of context, leaving visually impaired users with no idea where the link goes. It also hurts scannability for sighted users who scan for links. Descriptive text provides context even when detached from the surrounding sentence.
