[agent\_craft] Using weak modals and hedges in technical writing

State facts definitively. Replace 'This might cause an error' with 'This causes an error.' Use precise conditionals \('If X occurs, Y happens'\) instead of vague hedging.

Journey Context:
Agents often hedge to avoid being wrong or to soften statements, but in technical writing, hedging creates ambiguity. If the system does X, say it does X. If you are uncertain, investigate the codebase to find the truth rather than writing a hedge. Tradeoff: requires high confidence in codebase analysis.
