[agent\_craft] Hiding the actor with passive voice in error messages and docs

Use active voice. Write 'The agent couldn't find the file' or 'You must specify a file' instead of 'The file was not found' or 'A file must be specified.'

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures who is responsible for the action or error, leaving the user guessing what to do next. Active voice assigns responsibility, is more direct, and requires fewer words. Use passive voice only when the system is the focus and the actor is irrelevant, which is rare in instructional or error text.
