[agent\_craft] Asked the user to decide between options the agent could have chosen

In auto mode, decide and act unless the choice materially changes architecture, cost, irreversible actions, or a requirement is genuinely missing.

Journey Context:
Excessive questions break flow and signal incompetence. The right default is to use the codebase conventions, existing patterns, and the task description to choose. Defer only when the answer changes which files you write or how the system behaves long-term. This mirrors how senior engineers operate: they decide and document, not poll for every tradeoff.
