[agent\_craft] Tool ignores required parameter constraints

Put the single most important constraint in the first sentence of the tool description and repeat it in the parameter description. Keep tool descriptions under ~100 tokens; long descriptions get diluted.

Journey Context:
Models summarize long descriptions. If the critical rule is buried in the third sentence, it is treated as optional color. Front-load the constraint and make the parameter's own description echo it. For example, 'Always return absolute paths' must be in the first line, not at the end. The common mistake is writing a mini-manual for each tool; conciseness improves adherence.
