Report #103498

[agent\_craft] Shipped a plausible-looking change that failed in CI or at runtime

After every non-trivial edit, run the smallest relevant test first, then the broader suite, and report the exact command and result.

Journey Context:
Models produce syntactically plausible but semantically wrong code at a reliable rate. Without a verification loop, errors propagate silently. Running the targeted test first gives fast feedback; running the broader suite catches regressions. Never report a test result you did not actually observe.
