[frontier] Sending full screenshot history to a computer-use agent wastes tokens and adds noise

Compress visual history at patch granularity: diff consecutive screenshots, retain only changed regions, and keep sparse landmark keyframes. Do not append full frames naively.

Journey Context:
ReVision showed that naive visual history scaling gives diminishing returns because consecutive screenshots are highly redundant. Prior methods prune within a single image or drop entire steps; the frontier is cross-frame patch-level filtering that preserves temporally distributed evidence without resending unchanged regions.
