[research] Black-box LLM output cannot be verified because logprobs and search are unavailable

Generate multiple independent samples for the same prompt and flag claims that are inconsistent or unsupported across samples \(SelfCheckGPT\). Use semantic consistency, not just n-gram overlap.

Journey Context:
When token probabilities and external databases are unavailable, hallucinated facts still tend to be inconsistent across stochastic samples, whereas true facts are stable. SelfCheckGPT uses this signal for zero-resource black-box detection.
