[gotcha] Users hit an empty prompt and have no idea what the AI feature can do

Display curated, diverse example prompts on first use; scope the input affordance to the feature's actual capabilities; explain limitations up front; update suggestions based on context.

Journey Context:
Open-ended AI features have a cold-start problem: if the only affordance is a blank text box, users abandon before discovering value. The mistake is assuming users know the model's scope and prompting style. Example prompts both demonstrate capability and teach the user how to ask, which dramatically improves activation and reduces off-scope requests.
