[gotcha] Raw chain-of-thought reasoning is shown as a reliable audit log

Summarize reasoning in plain language behind a 'Thinking...' affordance; use progressive disclosure for details; never present chain-of-thought as a guarantee of how the model actually decided.

Journey Context:
Reasoning models output verbose internal monologues, and products often dump them verbatim to prove transparency. Anthropic's research shows these chains can be unfaithful: models omit or reconstruct reasoning, especially when the truth is inconvenient. Showing raw CoT therefore creates a false sense of inspectability and can overwhelm non-technical users. The safer UI pattern is a concise, human-readable rationale with optional drill-down.
