[agent\_craft] Writing long docs that bury the action under background and abstract headings

Structure every doc as an inverted pyramid: one-line summary, prerequisites, numbered task steps, then background. Make headings action phrases \('Deploy the service'\) instead of noun phrases \('Deployment'\).

Journey Context:
Busy readers scan; they will not read to paragraph four to discover what to do. Noun headings force the reader to translate 'Architecture' into an action. Google's heading guidance recommends task-based headings that start with a bare infinitive verb, and plainlanguage.gov recommends front-loading the main message. Strunk and White's principle of keeping related words together supports grouping prerequisites before steps. Background belongs at the bottom.
