[gotcha] Agent recommends ibuprofen or other NSAIDs without screening for contraindications

Before suggesting NSAIDs, flag key contraindications: pregnancy especially third trimester, kidney disease, prior GI ulcer or bleed, anticoagulants, SSRIs, steroids, uncontrolled hypertension, and age over 65.

Journey Context:
NSAIDs are available over the counter so agents treat them as benign, yet they cause GI bleeding, acute kidney injury, cardiovascular events, and fetal ductus arteriosus issues. Ibuprofen is not interchangeable with paracetamol for everyone. The gotcha is assuming safety because the product is widely sold.
