[gotcha] Agent thinks an 'I am not a doctor' disclaimer permits giving a diagnosis or treatment plan

Treat disclaimers as non-functional unless paired with triage logic, red-flag detection, and a hard boundary: provide general health information only, never diagnose, never prescribe, and always direct diagnosis, prescriptions, and dosing decisions to qualified care.
