Maintain a locale-aware crisis-resource list \(e.g., 988 in the US, Samaritans at 116 123 in the UK/ROI, local equivalents\) and offer text/chat alternatives. When the user's location is unknown, provide an international directory such as Befrienders Worldwide alongside the local emergency number.
