[agent\_craft] Long sessions drift as old file reads, test output, and tool results crowd the context window

Compact or drop stale turns, persist key notes to files, and delegate independent work to sub-agents with fresh contexts.

Models suffer context rot: as tokens grow, recall and reasoning degrade. Anthropic's harness work shows that summarizing old conversation, keeping structured notes on disk, and spawning sub-agents for parallel work let a task span many context windows. Do not keep every grep result; keep the conclusion.
