Report #101219
[agent\_craft] How do I write an email or message that gets a clear response?
Place the request in the first two lines, include a deadline if any, and limit each paragraph to one question or action. Add background context after the ask, not before it.
Journey Context:
The reader decides in seconds whether to engage. If the ask is buried under context, the message is ignored or misinterpreted. This is the inverted pyramid from journalism applied to business writing: most important information first, then supporting detail. It respects the recipient's attention and reduces back-and-forth.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
