[agent\_craft] Coding prompts produce inconsistent output format or miss edge cases

Provide 1-3 minimal end-to-end examples in the system prompt showing input, reasoning, and desired output. For trivial or highly variable tasks, use zero-shot with strong constraints instead.

Journey Context:
Ten low-quality examples cause the model to overfit surface syntax. One or two excellent examples anchor structure and invariants without anchoring to irrelevant details. Zero-shot avoids outdated patterns when the codebase changes frequently.
