[agent\_craft] Docs switch between 'we', 'the user', and 'you' inconsistently

Address the reader as 'you' and use the imperative mood for instructions. Reserve 'we' for the authoring organization only when the antecedent is clear; use 'user' only for the person using the software the reader is building, not the reader.
